modulemap: add arm64 intrinsics header (#142653)
The header was missing from the modulemap definition, resulting in a
breakage for Swift with recent Windows SDK headers.

[C2y] Add stdcountof.h (#140890)
WG14 N3469 changed _Lengthof to _Countof but it also introduced the
<stdcountof.h> header to expose a macro with a non-ugly identifier. GCC
vends this header as part of the compiler implementation, so Clang
should do the same.

Adjust modulemap to mark mm3dnow as textual header. (#107155)
This avoids issuing the deprecation diagnostic when building the module.

Not building it into a module shouldn't cause any negative impacts,
since it no longer has any declarations other than the header guard.
It's also very rarely included by anything.

[clang][modules] stdarg.h and stddef.h shouldn't directly declare anything (#90676)
stdarg.h and especially stddef.h are textual and so everything they
declare gets precompiled into all of their clients' pcm files. They
shouldn't directly declare anything though, their purpose is to select
what submodules get imported, and not to add duplicate declarations to
all of their clients. Make it so that they always ignore their header
guards, even without modules, and declare them in separate header files
so that they only go into the stdarg/stddef pcms. Still declare them in
case clients rely on them.

[AArch64][PAC] Support ptrauth builtins and -fptrauth-intrinsics. (#65996)
This defines the basic set of pointer authentication clang builtins
(provided in a new header, ptrauth.h), with diagnostics and IRGen
support. The availability of the builtins is gated on a new flag,
`-fptrauth-intrinsics`.

Note that this only includes the basic intrinsics, and notably excludes
`ptrauth_sign_constant`, `ptrauth_type_discriminator`, and
`ptrauth_string_discriminator`, which need extra logic to be fully
supported.

This also introduces clang/docs/PointerAuthentication.rst, which
describes the ptrauth model in general, in addition to these builtins.

[clang][modules] giving the __stddef_ headers their own modules can cause redeclaration errors with -fbuiltin-headers-in-system-modules (#84127)
On Apple platforms, some of the stddef.h types are also declared in
system headers. In particular NULL has a conflicting declaration in
<sys/_types/_null.h>. When that's in a different module from
<__stddef_null.h>, redeclaration errors can occur.

Make the \_\_stddef_ headers be non-modular in
-fbuiltin-headers-in-system-modules and restore them back to not
respecting their header guards. Still define the header guards though.
__stddef_max_align_t.h was in _Builtin_stddef_max_align_t prior to the
addition of _Builtin_stddef, and it needs to stay in a module because
struct's can't be type merged. __stddef_wint_t.h didn't used to have a
module, but leave it in it current module since it doesn't really belong
to stddef.h.

9a7a6dd3c3 [Modules] Make clang modules for the C standard library headers
Make top level modules for all the C standard library headers.

The `__stddef` implementation headers need header guards now that they're all modular. stdarg.h and stddef.h will be textual headers in the builtin modules, and so need to be repeatedly included in both the system and builtin module case. Define their header guards for consistency, but ignore them when building with modules.

`__stddef_null.h` needs to ignore its header guard when modules aren't being used to fulfill its redefinition obligation.
`__stddef_nullptr_t.h` needs to add a guard for C23 so that `_Builtin_stddef` can compile in C17 and earlier modes. `_Builtin_stddef.nullptr_t` can't require C23 because it also needs to be usable from C++.

5087ace651 [Clang][SVE] Parse builtin type string for scalable vectors
This patch adds 'q' to mean 'scalable vector' in the builtin
type string, and for SVE will return the matching builtin
type as defined in the C/C++ language extensions for SVE.

This patch also adds some scaffolding to generate the arm_sve.h
header file, and some builtin definitions (+CodeGen) to be able
to implement some simple masked load intrinsics that use the
ACLE types, such as:

 svint8_t test_svld1_s8(svbool_t pg, const int8_t *base) {
   return svld1_s8(pg, base);
 }

af1c230e70 [OpenCL] Split type and macro definitions into opencl-c-base.h
Using the -fdeclare-opencl-builtins option will require a way to
predefine types and macros such as `int4`, `CLK_GLOBAL_MEM_FENCE`,
etc. Move these out of opencl-c.h into opencl-c-base.h such that the
latter can be shared by -fdeclare-opencl-builtins and
-finclude-default-header.

This changes the behaviour of -finclude-default-header when
-fdeclare-opencl-builtins is specified: instead of including the full
header, it will include the header with only the base definitions.

25caca72f4 [X86] As mentioned in post-commit feedback in D47174, move the 128 bit f16c intrinsics into f16cintrin.h and remove __emmintrin_f16c.h
These were included in emmintrin.h to match Intel Intrinsics Guide documentation. But this is because icc is capable of emulating them on targets that don't support F16C using library calls. Clang/LLVM doesn't have this emulation support. So it makes more sense to include them in immintrin.h instead.

I've left a comment behind to hopefully deter someone from trying to move them again in the future.

51c9dd0081 Add new intrinsic support for MONITORX and MWAITX instructions
Summary:
MONITORX/MWAITX instructions provide similar capability to the MONITOR/MWAIT
pair while adding a timer function, such that another termination of the MWAITX
instruction occurs when the timer expires. The presence of the MONITORX and
MWAITX instructions is indicated by CPUID 8000_0001, ECX, bit 29.

The MONITORX and MWAITX instructions are intercepted by the same bits that
intercept MONITOR and MWAIT. MONITORX instruction establishes a range to be
monitored. MWAITX instruction causes the processor to stop instruction
execution and enter an implementation-dependent optimized state until
occurrence of a class of events.

Opcode of MONITORX instruction is "0F 01 FA". Opcode of MWAITX instruction is
"0F 01 FB". These opcode information is used in adding tests for the
disassembler.

These instructions are enabled for AMD's bdver4 architecture.

ca25643a05 [SystemZ] Add support for vecintrin.h vector built-in functions
This patch adds support for the System Z vector built-in functions.
The API-defined header file has the name vecintrin.h.

The user-level functions are defined in the same style as the clang
version of altivec.h, making heavy use of the __overloadable__ and
__always_inline__ attributes. Where possible the functions expand to
generic operations rather than specific built-in functions, in the hope
that that form can be optimised better.

Where a built-in routine is specified to require an immediate integer
argument, the __enable_if__ attribute is used to verify the argument is
in fact constant and in the appropriate range.
