GFX11 has a new message type MSG_DEALLOC_VGPRS which can be used to
release a shader's VGPRs. Sending this at the end of a shader (just
before the s_endpgm) can help overall system performance in cases where
the s_endpgm would have to wait for outstanding VMEM stores to complete
before releasing the VGPRs.

As discussed in D128123, the existing test shows a possible
regression when converting sub to xor. This adds tests that
avoid that pattern but still has a offset near 65535. Also,
add a test with the canonical IR for the existing test to show
if the transform is happening with the expected pattern in IR.
This is used by disassemblers: `llvm-mc -disassemble -mattr=` and `llvm-objdump --mattr=`.
The main use case is for llvm-objdump to disassemble all known instructions
(D128030).
In user-facing tools, "all" is intentionally not supported in producers:
integrated assembler (`.arch_extension all`), clang -march (`-march=armv9.3a+all`).
Due to the code structure, `llvm-mc -mattr=+all` `llc -mattr=+all` are not
rejected (they are internal tool). Add `llvm/test/CodeGen/AArch64/mattr-all.ll`
to catch behavior changes.
AArch64SysReg::SysReg::haveFeatures: check `FeatureAll` to print
`AArch64SysReg::SysReg::AltName` for some system registers (e.g. `ERRIDR_EL1, RNDR`).
AArch64.td: add `AssemblerPredicateWithAll` to additionally test `FeatureAll`.
Change all `AssemblerPredicate` (except `UseNegativeImmediates`) to `AssemblerPredicateWithAll`.
utils/TableGen/{DecoderEmitter,SubtargetFeatureInfo}.cpp: support arbitrarily
nested all_of, any_of, and not.
Note: A predicate supports all_of, any_of, and not. For a target (though
currently not for AArch64) an encoding may be disassembled differently with
different target features.
Note: AArch64MCCodeEmitter::computeAvailableFeatures is not available to
the disassembler.

Similar for a subtract with a constant left hand side.
(sra (add (shl X, 32), C1<<32), 32) is the canonical IR from InstCombine
for (sext (add (trunc X to i32), 32) to i32).
For RISCV, we should lower this as addiw which means turning it into
(sext_inreg (add X, C1)).
There is an existing DAG combine to convert back to (sext (add (trunc X
to i32), 32) to i32), but it requires isTruncateFree to return true
and for i32 to be a legal type as it used sign_extend and truncate
nodes. So that doesn't work for RISCV.
If the outer sra happens be used by a shl by constant, it will be
folded and the shift amount of the sra will be changed before we
can do our own DAG combine. This requires us to match the more
general pattern and restore the shl.
I had wanted to do this as a separate (add (shl X, 32), C1<<32) ->
(shl (add X, C1), 32) combine, but that hit an infinite loop for some
values of C1.

Among others, BPF currently supports the type-exists CO-RE relocation
(e.g., see D83878 & D83242). Its intention, as the name tries to convey,
is to be used for checking existence of a type in a target.
While that check is useful and has its place, we would also like to
be able to perform stricter type queries: instead of just checking mere
existence, we want to make sure that members match up in composite
types, that enum variants are present, etc. We refer to this as "type
match".
This change proposes the addition of a new relocation variant/value that
we intend to use for establishing this match relation.

This reverts commit 755c84c62cda80b0acf51ccc5653fc6d64536f7e. A bug was reported on the original review thread (https://reviews.llvm.org/D128006), and on inspection this patch is simply wrong. It needs to be checking for VLInBytes, not MaxVL. These happen to be the same when using AVL=VLMAX (which is quite common), but this does not fold when AVL != VLMAX.
D106023 excluded 16-bit instructions from rematerialization, with the
justification that we can't rematerialize instructions that preserve
the high bits (plus the instructions which do are a confusing mess
between different subtargets). This doesn't make sense to me as a
problem since cases where we would rely on the high bit behavior would
still need to be represented as a register value constraint with a
tied operand. It's not a hidden side effect and should still be
rematerializable.
lowerConstant() currently accepts a number of constant expressions
which have corresponding MC expressions, but which cannot be
evaluated as a relocatable expression (unless the operands are
constant, in which case we'll just fold the expression to a constant).
The motivation here is to clarify which constant expressions are
really needed for https://discourse.llvm.org/t/rfc-remove-most-constant-expressions/63179,
and in particular clarify that we do not need to support any
division expressions, which are particularly problematic.

When we fill the shape to tile configure memory, the shape is gotten
from AMX pseudo instruction. However the register for the shape may be
split or spilled by greedy RA. That cause we fill the shape to config
memory after ldtilecfg is executed, so that the shape configuration
would be wrong.
This patch is to split the tile register allocation from greedy register
allocation, so that after tile registers are allocated the shape
registers are still virtual register. The shape register only may be
redefined or multi-defined by phi elimination pass, two address pass.
That doesn't affect tile register configuration.

This patch allows the pass to optimize multiple memory operations

This is a resurrection of D106421 with the change that it keeps backward-compatibility. This means decoding the previous version of `LLVM_BB_ADDR_MAP` will work. This is required as the profile mapping tool is not released with LLVM (AutoFDO). As suggested by @jhenderson we rename the original section type value to `SHT_LLVM_BB_ADDR_MAP_V0` and assign a new value to the `SHT_LLVM_BB_ADDR_MAP` section type. The new encoding adds a version byte to each function entry to specify the encoding version for that function. This patch also adds a feature byte to be used with more flexibility in the future. An use-case example for the feature field is encoding multi-section functions more concisely using a different format.
Conceptually, the new encoding emits basic block offsets and sizes as label differences between each two consecutive basic block begin and end label. When decoding, offsets must be aggregated along with basic block sizes to calculate the final offsets of basic blocks relative to the function address.
This encoding uses smaller values compared to the existing one (offsets relative to function symbol).
Smaller values tend to occupy fewer bytes in ULEB128 encoding. As a result, we get about 17% total reduction in the size of the bb-address-map section (from about 11MB to 9MB for the clang PGO binary).
The extra two bytes (version and feature fields) incur a small 3% size overhead to the `LLVM_BB_ADDR_MAP` section size.
