zhijian lin	a51712751c	[PowerPC][LLC] Utilize PPC::getNormalizedPPCTargetCPU() to set CPU (#113943 ) Utilize common API in PPCTargetParser (https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/97541) to set default CPU with same interfaces for LLC. Zaara Syeda	a03a6e9964	[AIX] [XCOFF] Add support for common and local common symbols in the TOC (#79530 ) This patch adds support for common and local symbols in the TOC for AIX.
