0676acb6fd [test] Switch to use -passes syntax in a bunch of test cases 
Should cover most of the tests for GVN, GVNHoist, GVNSink, GlobalOpt,
GlobalSplit, InstCombine, Reassociate, SROA and TailCallElim that
had not been updated earlier.

The reversion apparently deleted the test/Transforms directory.

Will be re-reverting again.

21a62e23d8 [Reassociate] add vector tests with undef elements; NFC 
Also, regenerate checks for these files. We should do better
on the vector tests by using the PatternMatch API instead of
BinaryOperator::isNot/isNeg.

8373d338f6 Give the Reassociate pass a bit more flexibility and autonomy when optimizing expressions. 
Particularly, it addresses cases where Reassociate breaks Subtracts but then fails to optimize combinations like I1 + -I2 where I1 and I2 have the same rank and are identical.
