[BOLT][NFC] Rename isUnsupportedBranch to isReversibleBranch (#92447) ...

`isUnsupportedBranch` is not a very informative name, and doesn't match
its corresponding `reverseBranchCondition`, as I noted in PR #92018.
Here's a renaming to a more mnemonic name.
