ComputeEndCheck incorrectly returned false for unsigned predicates starting at zero and a positive step. The AddRec could still wrap if Step * trunc ExitCount wraps or trunc ExitCount strips leading 1s. Fixes https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/156849.
