Nikita Popov 8cc2b51e63 Revert "[X86] Support EGPR (R16-R31) for APX (#67702 )"

This reverts commit feea5db01360b477b8cf2df03abfa9fc986633d5.

This causes significant compile-time regressions, even if EGPR is
not used.

This directory contains tests for the MIR file format parser and printer. It
was necessary to split the tests across different targets as no single target
covers all features available in machine IR.

Tests for codegen passes should NOT be here but in test/CodeGen/sometarget. As
a rule of thumb this directory should only contain tests using
'llc -run-pass none'.
